For the health and hygiene of all participants, a strict "Socks Mandatory" policy is enforced for both children and adults entering the play zones.
Terms and Conditions
While we take every precaution to maintain a safe and sanitized environment, physical play involves inherent risks. Use of our facility is at your own risk, and The Happy Crab Play Center shall not be held liable for any injuries or accidents resulting from the use of play structures or participation in center activities. Regarding financial policies, all deposits for birthday parties, private rentals, and specialized classes are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least seven days in advance of the original booking. We reserve the right to deny entry or ask any patron to leave if their conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or if they exhibit symptoms of illness that may compromise the health of other families.
